We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed).

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We

highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot

guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damages and Issues (Defective or Wrong Items)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at sleeksinksupport@gmail.com if the

item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it

right.

In your email, please provide clear photographs or a short video showing the defect or damage along with

your order number. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately without

requiring you to ship the defective product back.

16. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Final sale items or promotional clearance items.

Gift cards.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved

or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business

days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the

refund too.
